Our first-year, low-cost evaluative license is the perfect way to get started using PhET-iO sims.

This $10,000 evaluative license includes:

• Use of our growing suite of PhET-iO sims for evaluation and development, including in-product testing
• Use of the PhET and PhET-iO trademarks for marketing purposes
• 20 hours of technical and/or pedagogical support
• Metadata and documentation to support your integration

After the initial evaluative license year, licensing will typically transition to a commercial license. Anticipated to begin in August 2017, commercial licenses will be structured as a per-student royalty, or equivalent, on products using PhET-iO sims.

We partner with a variety of companies using our PhET simulations under the Creative Commons Attribution license.

Our PhET Interactive Simulation CC-BY Agreement is structured to build a solid partnership between PhET and your company. For a $10,000 first-year set-up fee ($5,000 renewal fee), the agreement includes:

• Use of our CC-BY HTML5 (and legacy Java/Flash) PhET sims found at phet.colorado.edu
• Use of the PhET name and logo for marketing purposes
• 10 hours of technical and/or pedagogical support
• Metadata and documentation associated with the simulations to support your integration
• Regular updates, including new sims

This CC-BY agreement is a great first step in becoming a corporate partner with PhET.
